New TIMOTEC group

we would like to inform you that on 13.5.2025 a capital merger of three European companies took place:

TIMOTEC Reinraum - und Automatisierungstechnik, BLOCK Technology and FOR Clean. The newly formed TIMOTEC business group combines the highly professional expertise and high-tech solutions of its member companies. The three companies are managed by the same controlling person who will ensure their integration to achieve joint synergies and ensure the growth of the group.

The establishment of the TIMOTEC group is a significant step in the strategy to build a strong supplier of customized solutions for isolator technology, laminar flow systems, automation, robotics, cleanroom and its equipment, especially in the pharmaceutical, science and research, optoelectronics, semiconductor and healthcare industries. Combining the expertise and technological solutions of TIMOTEC group companies opens up new opportunities in existing and new markets. And it will enable us to provide comprehensive, tailor-made solutions in many industrial sectors, including fast service. Thanks to its strong know-how and a broad portfolio of goods and services, the TIMOTEC group is able to provide individual solutions to customers, especially in DACH and CEE, with a view to further expanding its territory.
