Integrated Solutions for Efficient Cleanroom Operation
Safe material transfer, maintenance of the required cleanliness level, and seamless integration into the wall system. Take a look at the photos from the BLH (Bioveta Laboratory Hall) project, where pass-through cabinets are part of a comprehensive cleanroom solution.
Integrated components are an essential part of modern cleanrooms. One of them is pass-through cabinets, which ensure the safe transfer of materials between areas with different cleanliness classifications. They support smooth laboratory operations and help minimize the risk of contamination. The photos from the BLH (Bioveta Laboratory Hall) project, located on the 4th floor where QA and QC laboratories are installed, clearly show how these pass-through cabinets are integrated into our wall system.
The delivery for BLH – QA and QC laboratories also included sandwich wall panels, a lightweight metal suspended ceiling, and other integrated components, all of which together create a functional, hygienic, and easy-to-maintain environment that meets the demanding requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
Our wall systems allow direct integration of elements such as windows, doors, multifunctional panels, graphic panels, or pass-through cabinets. This results in a compact solution that combines high hygiene standards with efficient operation and modern design.
In total, the BLH (Bioveta Laboratory Hall) project included the following cleanroom areas:
