Dear Business Partners, we would like to inform you that, effective August 18, 2025, companies BLOCK Technology a.s. and FOR Clean, a.s. will undergo a change of name and logo. All other identification details and other legal particulars will remain unchanged.

We would like to inform you that, effective August 18, 2025, companies BLOCK Technology a.s. and FOR Clean, a.s. will undergo a change of name and logo. All other identification details, such as the Business ID, TIN number, VAT ID number, registered office address, and other legal particulars, will remain unchanged.

 

 

Previous company name: BLOCK Technology a.s.

New company name: Timotec Reinraumtechnik a.s.



Previous company name: FOR Clean, a.s.

New company name: Timotec Reinraumsysteme a.s.

The change of name and logo does not affect the validity of any contracts or agreed commercial terms previously concluded. All rights and obligations of our companies remain in full force, and we will continue all existing business relationships without interruption.

 

We kindly ask you to use our new companies name and logo in all correspondence, invoices, and other documents starting from August 18, 2025.
