A system for real-time monitoring of aseptic production of medicinal products for gene therapy

We are pleased to announce that we have been working intensively on a development project since January, which is funded with state support from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic within the TREND Programme. This ambitious project aims to create a prototype system that will significantly increase the level of safety and quality in the production of medicinal products in isolators.

The main objective of the project is to develop a prototype system that, thanks to advanced methods of image analysis and real-time 3D modelling of the production process, will enable:

• Increase the safety and quality of production in the isolator.
• Improve operator training through realistic simulations.
• Perform detailed audits of production processes.

The entire system will be controlled and monitored by newly developed software, which will include the management and recording of technological processes.
We believe that this project will not only bring a significant increase in the safety and quality of pharmaceuticals, but will also take the technological possibilities in the field of pharmaceutical production to a new level.
